Alterations or Modifications
TURAR S.A. reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, for technical or operational reasons, the order or content of the services before or during the execution of the trip.
Unless otherwise expressly indicated, hotels may be substituted with others of equal or higher category within the same destination, without additional cost for the passenger.
These variations do not grant the right to any compensation.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be requested in writing (via email) and will only be valid once confirmed in writing by TURAR S.A.
If this confirmation is not received, the reservation will be considered active, and penalties for “no cancellation” or “late cancellation” may apply.

No Show
In case of no presentation, 21% VAT will be added to the charged night, in accordance with fiscal regulations.

Documentation
For travel within Argentina or to countries in the region, it is essential to comply with the regulations in force in each destination.
It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to carry the personal documentation required by immigration, customs, and health authorities, as well as to pay any applicable taxes or fees.

The agency must inform passengers in advance about current requirements, but TURAR S.A. is exempt from all responsibility in cases of visa rejection, inadmissibility, or denial of entry by the authorities.
Any expenses arising from these circumstances will be borne by the passenger, applying the same conditions established for cancellations or voluntary withdrawal.

Rates and VAT Refund

Rates do not include VAT applicable to lodging services.
To access VAT-refundable rates (available only for non-resident foreign tourists), a legible copy of each passenger’s passport or valid ID must be submitted with the reservation request, according to:

To avoid the 21% VAT charge on hotel stays in Argentina, payment must be made via bank transfer from abroad, providing the account number and SWIFT code from which the payment was issued.
In the event of No Show or late cancellation, the corresponding VAT will be applied along with the charges established by the hotel.

Ecotourism Taxes (not included)

Ecotourism taxes in Buenos Aires, Puerto Iguazú, Bariloche, and Montevideo must be paid directly by passengers at the hotel.

In Buenos Aires, according to Law 6278, passengers over 12 years old must pay at the time of check-out.

Non-payment does not exempt passengers from cancellation policies.

Operational Information

A mobile or WhatsApp number for the passenger is required to facilitate operational communications during the trip (reconfirmations, unexpected changes, etc.).
Each passenger may carry one suitcase up to 23 kg and one carry-on bag up to 10 kg.
In case of excess baggage, prior notice is required to recalculate the transfer cost, or the additional amount may be charged at destination.

Migration & Health Requirements

To enter Argentina, all foreign visitors must have medical insurance covering health assistance and hospitalization throughout their stay.
It must be presented upon entering the country.
